🍫 Chocolate Chip Bagels (Makes 3)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Original ChiChi

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup cottage cheese, drained

  • 2–3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)

  1. Drain cottage cheese: Use a fine strainer or cheesecloth to remove excess moisture (just takes 30 seconds).

  2. Mix dough: In a bowl, combine ChiChi, baking powder, and drained cottage cheese. Stir until a soft dough forms.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
