  1. Scoop 1/4 cup ChiChi into microwave safe bowl
  2. Add 3/4 cup milk or water, stir
  3. Microwave for 1.5 minutes, stir, and microwave for 1.5 more minutes
  4. Say 3 things you are grateful for!
  5. Stir and add more liquid if needed

Stove

  1. Scoop 1/3 cup ChiChi into small saucepan
  2. Add 1 cup milk or water, stir
  3. Heat on medium until bubbling

Yes, although not certified. Our facility processes gluten-containing ingredients, but we clean all equipment thoroughly between production runs to minimize cross-contamination.

Returns

If you find yourself not completely in love with your first order at ChiChi, we're here to support you with a refund. We accept returns on your first order of up to 4 bags, provided the request is made within 30 days from the order date.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@chickpeaoats.com with your order number and reason for return.

There’s no need to send the product back to us. Once your return request is approved, we’ll process your refund minus a $9 return service fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within the standard processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account again.
  2. Contacting your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reaching out to your bank, as refunds can take additional time to be posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@chickpeaoats.com.

Peanut Butter Chip (bags & cups): Contains peanuts.

Maple Brown Sugar cups: Made in a facility that also processes peanuts. Equipment is cleaned between runs, but we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination.

All other pouch flavors: Made in a completely peanut-free facility.
