🍯 Maple ChiChi x Special K Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dry Maple ChiChi (makes ~1 cup cooked)

  • 1 cup Special K cereal

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • Flaky sea salt, to finish

Instructions:

  1. Cook ChiChi thick and let cool completely.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled ChiChi and Special K cereal.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

  4. Pour over the cereal mixture and stir until fully coated.

  5. Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan to form bars.

  6. Top with mini chocolate chips and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

  7. Chill for 1–2 hours until set. Slice and enjoy!
