Air Fryer Baked Protein 'Oats;
Baked oats, but make them high-protein. This recipe swaps oatmeal for ChiChi Protein Hot Cereal, so you're getting more protein and fiber per serving before you even add the protein powder (which is optional). Grain-free, naturally sweetened with banana, and ready in 15 minutes.
They bake in ramekins so you get perfectly portioned servings with crispy edges and a creamy center. Great for meal prep too.
What You'll Need (Makes 3 Ramekins)
- 1/3 cup ChiChi Protein Hot Cereal (Original)
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (unflavored or vanilla) - optional
- Almonds and raspberries for topping
How to Make It
Grease three ramekins.
Mash the banana, mix in the ChiChi, milk, and protein powder.
Divide between ramekins, top with almonds and raspberries, cover with foil.
Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Tips
Swap toppings however you want. Peanut butter and banana, blueberries and walnuts, chocolate chips and coconut all work. Make them the night before and reheat in the morning. No air fryer? Regular oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
