Lemon Blueberry Poppy Seed ChiChi
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup original ChiChi
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- grated lemon zest
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp agave
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- In a pot, whisk together the original chi chi, poppy seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, agave, egg, and milk until smooth.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until slightly thickened and creamy.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Spoon into your bowl.
- Top with vanilla yogurt, cooked blueberries, and an extra touch of lemon zest.
- Serve warm or chilled.
