Lemon Blueberry Poppy Seed ChiChi


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup original ChiChi
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp agave
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a pot, whisk together the original chi chi, poppy seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, agave, egg, and milk until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until slightly thickened and creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Spoon into your bowl.
  5. Top with vanilla yogurt, cooked blueberries, and an extra touch of lemon zest.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
