Double Chocolate Baked ChiChi
There’s nothing better than a freshly baked breakfast that feels like a treat but is secretly wholesome. This Baked ChiChi is made with our Dark Chocolate flavor and just a handful of simple ingredients — no refined sugar, no fuss. It comes out warm, gooey, and perfect for topping with all your favorites.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup applesauce
- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bag Dark Chocolate ChiChi (or 1 ½ cups)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Pour into an oven-safe 8x8 dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, until set in the middle.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings: extra chocolate chips, strawberries, yogurt, peanut butter… anything you love!
