Double Chocolate Baked ChiChi


There’s nothing better than a freshly baked breakfast that feels like a treat but is secretly wholesome. This Baked ChiChi is made with our Dark Chocolate flavor and just a handful of simple ingredients — no refined sugar, no fuss. It comes out warm, gooey, and perfect for topping with all your favorites.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • ½ cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 bag Dark Chocolate ChiChi (or 1 ½ cups)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Pour into an oven-safe 8x8 dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, until set in the middle.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings: extra chocolate chips, strawberries, yogurt, peanut butter… anything you love!
