Tiramisu Crepes


Love tiramisu but want something a little lighter? These Tiramisu Crepes combine the best of both worlds—rich espresso flavor, creamy vanilla filling, and a hint of cocoa, all in a high-protein, wholesome breakfast. Made with ChiChi oats instead of traditional flour, they’re naturally gluten-free and packed with fiber and protein to keep you energized all morning!


Ingredients

  • For the Crepes:
  • ⅓ cup ChiChi Oats (Original flavor)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice)
  • For the Filling:
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • For Decoration:
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting
  • 1 fresh strawberry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Blend & Cook the Crepes
  2. In a blender, combine ChiChi oats, egg, almond milk, espresso, and sweetener until smooth. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  3. Step 2: Prepare the Creamy Filling
  4. Mix together Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Step 3: Assemble Your Crepes
  6. Spread the filling onto each crepe and either fold into quarters or roll them up for the classic crepe look.
  7. Step 4: Add the Tiramisu Finishing Touches
  8. Dust with cocoa powder for that signature tiramisu look and top with a fresh strawberry for a pop of color and freshness.

Serving & Storage Tips

🍓 Best enjoyed fresh, but you can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. ☕ Pair with an extra shot of espresso or a cappuccino for the ultimate tiramisu-inspired breakfast!
