Tiramisu Baked ChiChi


A warm, espresso-soaked baked ChiChi that tastes like the dessert but eats like a real breakfast. The banana and milk keep it creamy, the shot of espresso poked through the top gives it that classic tiramisu pull, and the protein-fiber base means you stay full long after the coffee wears off. Top it with yogurt, cocoa, and berries and you've got dessert you can justify at 7am.


Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 cup ChiChi (blended for a finer texture, optional)
  • Yogurt (for topping)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Berries

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana, then add milk and espresso.
  2. Mix in the ChiChi until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a dish, cover with foil, and air fry at 450°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Once done, poke holes with a fork and pour a little extra espresso on top.
  5. Finish with yogurt, cocoa powder, and berries.
