Tiramisu Baked ChiChi
A warm, espresso-soaked baked ChiChi that tastes like the dessert but eats like a real breakfast. The banana and milk keep it creamy, the shot of espresso poked through the top gives it that classic tiramisu pull, and the protein-fiber base means you stay full long after the coffee wears off. Top it with yogurt, cocoa, and berries and you've got dessert you can justify at 7am.
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 1/2 cup ChiChi (blended for a finer texture, optional)
- Yogurt (for topping)
- Cocoa powder
- Berries
Instructions
- Mash the banana, then add milk and espresso.
- Mix in the ChiChi until smooth.
- Transfer to a dish, cover with foil, and air fry at 450°F for 15 minutes.
- Once done, poke holes with a fork and pour a little extra espresso on top.
- Finish with yogurt, cocoa powder, and berries.
