Strawberry Shortcake ChiChi
Fresh strawberries stirred into the warm bowl and piled on top, with creamy yogurt in between and a vanilla cookie crumble for crunch. It hits the same notes as the dessert without being one, and the whole thing comes together in the microwave.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup original ChiChi
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- heaping spoonful of Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ChiChi, almond milk, honey, and salt.
- Mix well and microwave for 60 seconds. Remove, stir, and microwave again for 60 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and stir in the yogurt and strawberries.
- Finish with more yogurt, strawberries, and crushed vanilla cookies.
