It's made with real ingredients like banana, dates, and a touch of ChiChi’s Apple Pie oats for that nostalgic, spiced flavor—perfect for meal prep or a weekend treat.


Ingredients

For the oats:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • ÂĽ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 ÂĽ cup rolled oats

  • â…“ cup ChiChi oats (Apple Pie flavor)

  • ÂĽ cup vanilla protein powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • 4 dates, chopped

For the date blend:

  • Âľ cup almond milk

  • 3 dates (pitted & soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes)

For the caramel sauce:

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter

  • ÂĽ cup sugar-free maple syrup

  • Splash of almond milk (if needed for consistency)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180ÂşC (350ÂşF) and lightly grease or line an 8x8" baking dish.

  2. Make the date blend by blending the almond milk and soaked dates until smooth.

  3. Mix the batter: In a large bowl, stir together the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, oats, ChiChi oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Add the date blend and mix until combined. Fold in the chopped dates.

  4. Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set. Let cool slightly.

  5. Make the caramel sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to thin it out.

  6. Serve: Drizzle the caramel sauce over the baked oats. Slice and enjoy warm!
