Snickers Breakfast Bowl
A candy bar disguised as breakfast. This bowl is sweet, salty, melty, and crunchyâlike a Snickers bar had a health glow-up. It starts with our Maple Brown Sugar ChiChi (hellooo cozy caramel vibes), gets topped with air-fried banana, peanut butter, roasted peanuts, and a drizzle of chocolate. You will not believe this is made from chickpeas.
Ingredients
- 1 serving Maple Brown Sugar ChiChi
- 1 ripe banana, halved lengthwise
- 1â2 tsp coconut oil or ghee (optional, for air frying)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp chocolate syrup or melted dark chocolate
- Pinch of flaky salt (optional)
Instructions
- Cook your ChiChi: Prepare 1 serving of Maple Brown Sugar ChiChi (microwave or stovetop).
- Air fry the banana: Slice banana lengthwise, brush with oil or ghee.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6â8 minutes until golden and caramelized.
- Build your bowl: Pour ChiChi into a bowl. Top with banana, a scoop of peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and drizzle with chocolate.
- Optional flex: Sprinkle flaky salt on top for that final chefâs kiss.
