Savory + Sweet Protein Waffles
High protein ChiChi waffles š§ savory and sweet!
Ingredients:
⢠1/3 cup ChiChi oatsĀ
⢠1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or unflavored)
⢠1/2 tsp baking powder
⢠1/4 tsp baking soda
⢠1/4 tsp salt
⢠1 egg
⢠1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
⢠1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (for extra fluffiness and protein)
⢠1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1ļøā£ Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.āØ
2ļøā£ Add all the ingredientsāChiChi oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, egg, almond milk, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract āto a blender.āØ
3ļøā£ Blend until the batter is smooth and slightly thick. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes to thicken further.āØ
4ļøā£ Pour the blended batter into the preheated waffle maker, spreading it evenly if needed.āØ
5ļøā£ Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden and crispy.āØ
6ļøā£ Remove from the waffle maker and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
