Made with ChiChi’s Original flavor chickpea oatmeal, cottage cheese, and egg, the base is naturally gluten-free and loaded with protein. It’s quick, easy, and customizable with your favorite toppings!
Ingredients
- For the Base:
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup ChiChi Oats (Original flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Blend cottage cheese, egg, and ChiChi oats until smooth.
- Spread the batter on a parchment-lined baking tray into a crust shape.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is firm and set.
- Add toppings of choice and return to oven for 5–7 more minutes.
