Mini Chocolate Tarts
These Mini Chocolate Tarts 🍫🍓🥝 are the perfect combo of indulgence and nutrition. Made with wholesome ingredients like ChiChi oats and packed with a protein-rich filling! The only snack idea you need!
Ingredients
- Crust:
- - 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- - 3/4 cup ChiChi oats
- - 3 tbsp cacao powder
- - 3 tbsp coconut flour
- - 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- Filling:
- - 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- - 15g chocolate protein powder
- - Splash of maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crust ingredients into a sticky dough. Divide into mini tart molds, pressing to form a crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
- Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup for the filling. Spoon into cooled crusts.
- Decorate with strawberries and kiwi. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy! 🍴
