Mini Chocolate Tarts


These Mini Chocolate Tarts 🍫🍓🥝 are the perfect combo of indulgence and nutrition. Made with wholesome ingredients like ChiChi oats and packed with a protein-rich filling! The only snack idea you need!


Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • - 1 ripe banana (mashed)  
  • - 3/4 cup ChiChi oats  
  • - 3 tbsp cacao powder  
  • - 3 tbsp coconut flour  
  • - 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey  
  • Filling: 
  • - 1/3 cup Greek yogurt  
  • - 15g chocolate protein powder  
  • - Splash of maple syrup  

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).  
  2. Mix crust ingredients into a sticky dough. Divide into mini tart molds, pressing to form a crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.  
  3. Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup for the filling. Spoon into cooled crusts.  
  4. Decorate with strawberries and kiwi. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy! 🍴
