Homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts

They’re flaky, lightly sweetened, and filled with fruity jam—perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack!
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup ChiChi (Original), blended into flour
- 3 tbsp sweetener of choice
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Strawberry jam (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix ChiChi flour, sweetener, salt, melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla into a dough. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough between parchment paper until thin, then cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Add a teaspoon of strawberry jam to half of the hearts. Cover with the remaining hearts and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, then spread Greek yogurt mixed with pink food coloring on top. Add sprinkles for a fun finish!
