Homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts


Love Pop-Tarts but want a healthier, homemade version? These Strawberry Pop Tarts are made with ChiChi Original, giving you a naturally high-protein and fiber-packed treat without the artificial ingredients. They’re flaky, lightly sweetened, and filled with fruity jam—perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack!


Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup ChiChi (Original), blended into flour
  • 3 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for brushing)
  • Strawberry jam (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ChiChi flour, sweetener, salt, melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla into a dough. Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough between parchment paper until thin, then cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  4. Add a teaspoon of strawberry jam to half of the hearts. Cover with the remaining hearts and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool, then spread Greek yogurt mixed with pink food coloring on top. Add sprinkles for a fun finish!
