Healthy carrot cake breakfast bowl


Naturally sweet, high-protein, and packed with fiber. This one comes together in minutes and tastes like dessert for breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ⅓ cup grated carrot
  • ¼ cup protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts and pecans
  • ½ cup ChiChi protein cereal
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana, then mix in all remaining ingredients until well combined.
  2. Cover with foil and air fry at 450°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Top with greek yogurt, nuts, and a drizzle of honey.
