Red Velvet Pancakes


These fluffy, high-protein pancakes are made with our new Dark Chocolate ChiChi for a rich, chocolatey breakfast that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day (or any day you’re craving something indulgent but healthy!). Naturally sweetened and dyed with beet powder or pomegranate juice, they have a beautiful red hue—no artificial colors needed!


Ingredients

  • Pancakes:
  • ⅓ cup Dark Chocolate ChiChi
  • 10g chocolate protein powder (or 1 tsp cocoa powder)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • Natural red food coloring (beet powder or pomegranate juice)
  • Frosting:
  • Greek yogurt
  • Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • Splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all pancake ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.
  3. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until fluffy.
  4. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, stevia, and vanilla extract to make the frosting.
  5. Stack pancakes, spreading frosting between layers.
  6. Top with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
