Banana Bread Donuts


Who says donuts can’t be healthy? These Banana Bread ChiChi Donuts are soft, naturally sweet, and loaded with protein. Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a guilt-free dessert, they’re topped with creamy peanut butter and colorful sprinkles for a fun, indulgent twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup Banana Bread ChiChi
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep:
  2. Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
  3. Mix the Batter:
  4. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with cottage cheese, maple syrup, and egg. Stir in Banana Bread ChiChi, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.
  5. Fill the Molds:
  6. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag for easy filling. Pipe the batter into the donut molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake:
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the donuts are set and golden. Let them cool completely before removing from the pan.
  9. Decorate:
  10. Drizzle the cooled donuts with melted peanut butter and top with sprinkles for a fun, flavorful finish.
  11. Enjoy:
  12. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for a grab-and-go snack!
