1. How to Enter the Giveaway:

a. ChiChi Foods & Raley's Giveaway begins on ChiChi Foods Instagram page on Friday, December 20, 2025 at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on Friday, December 26, 2025 at 11:59:00 PM PT. Winner will be announced on Saturday, December 27, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Limit (1) entry per person.

b. To participate in the Giveaway, please do the following:

Instagram Entries: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.

  1. Register for an Instagram account. If not already a registered Instagram user, you must sign up for an Instagram account to participate in the Giveaway. (Current Instagram users may skip this step.)

  2. Visit the ChiChi Foods Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/chickpeaoats or search @chickpeaoats on the Instagram app.

  3. On the designated ChiChi Foods & Raley's Giveaway post, 'Like' the post, 'Follow' the ChiChi Foods Instagram account, and 'Tag' a friend in the comments. All entries must comply with these Official Rules and the Terms of Service of Instagram.

  4. Entries will be limited to 1 per participant.

  5. ChiChi Foods is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, or the Instagram website/app, or due to service outages or delays, computer difficulties, or other technological glitches.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:

a. The Sweepstakes is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older and legally reside in California or Nevada in one of the following counties: Alameda (CA), Alpine (CA), Amador (CA), Butte (CA), Calaveras (CA), Churchill (NV), Carson City (NV), Colusa (CA), Contra Costa (CA), Del Norte (CA), Douglas (NV), El Dorado (CA), Elko (NV), Esmeralda (NV), Fresno (CA), Glenn (CA), Humboldt (CA), Lake (CA), Lassen (CA), Lyon (NV), Madera (CA), Mariposa (CA), Marin (CA), Mendocino (CA), Merced (CA), Mineral (NV), Modoc (CA), Mono (CA), Monterey (CA), Napa (CA), Nevada (CA), Nye (NV), Placer (CA), Plumas (CA), Sacramento (CA), San Benito (CA), San Francisco (CA), San Joaquin (CA), San Mateo (CA), Santa Clara (CA), Santa Cruz (CA), Shasta (CA), Sierra (CA), Siskiyou (CA), Solano (CA), Sonoma (CA), Stanislaus (CA), Stoney (NV), Sutter (CA), Tehama (CA), Trinity (CA), Tuolumne (CA), Washoe (NV), Yolo (CA), and Yuba (CA) counties. b. Employees of ChiChi Foods, affiliated entities, and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. c. Users must "follow" the ChiChi Foods Instagram account to be eligible to win.

3. Prize:

a. The prize consists of one (1) $50 Raley's gift card. b. Prize will be awarded based on random selection on Saturday, December 27, 2025. c. Any prize not claimed within three (3) days of ChiChi Foods notifying the winner on Instagram will be forfeited by the winner. d. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents will be permitted in lieu of prizes.

4. Selection of Winner:

a. On Saturday, December 27, 2025, one (1) winner will be randomly selected and announced on the ChiChi Foods Instagram page. b. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. c. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.

5. Conditions:

a. Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes will be the sole responsibility of the giveaway winner. b. By participating in the Giveaway, winner agrees to have their name or username used in any advertising or social media material relating to this Giveaway without additional financial or other compensation.

6. Winner's Release:

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release ChiChi Foods and Instagram/Meta from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with participating in any aspect of the Giveaway or the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded.

7. Privacy Policy:

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the use of your personal information as needed to administer the Giveaway and notify the winner.
