Whole Food 4-Ingredient Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup tahini (we recommend hulled for a smoother texture)
- 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup ChiChi Original (blended into flour)
Instructions
- Make your flour: Add 2/3 cup of ChiChi Original to a blender or food processor and blend until it becomes a fine flour.
- Mix: In a bowl, stir together the maple syrup, tahini, cocoa powder, and your freshly made ChiChi flour.
- Bake: Pour into a small, oven-safe glass container (no need to preheat!) and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
- Cool: Let brownies chill in the fridge before slicing. Store extras in the fridge too—they’re even better cold.
