Two-Minute Apple Crumble
This is a quick and delicious way to use the apples you have leftover from apple picking!
Ingredients
- 1 large apple
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Maple ChiChi Chickpea Oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Mix Apple, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute
- Mix ChiChi, protein powder, cinnamon, honey, salt, and water in a bowl. Top apples. Microwave for another minute. Add vanilla yogurt and enjoy😋
