Two-Minute Apple Crumble


This is a quick and delicious way to use the apples you have leftover from apple picking!


Ingredients

  • 1 large apple
  • 1/2 tsp corn starch
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Maple ChiChi Chickpea Oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Mix Apple, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl. Microwave for 1 minute
  2. Mix ChiChi, protein powder, cinnamon, honey, salt, and water in a bowl. Top apples. Microwave for another minute. Add vanilla yogurt and enjoy😋
