Tiramisu ChiChi


A warm brown sugar bowl with a shot of fresh coffee stirred right in, then layered with cool Greek yogurt and a dusting of cocoa powder. You get the coffee, cream, and chocolate of a real tiramisu, except this one takes three minutes and counts as breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar ChiChi
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 shot espresso or equivalent amount brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar ChiChi, milk, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Mix well and microwave for 60 seconds. Remove, stir, and microwave again for 60 seconds.
  3. Remove from the microwave and stir in the fresh brewed coffee.
  4. Spread a thick layer of yogurt on top and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Toppings

  • Greek yogurt
  • Cocoa powder
