Tiramisu ChiChi
A warm brown sugar bowl with a shot of fresh coffee stirred right in, then layered with cool Greek yogurt and a dusting of cocoa powder. You get the coffee, cream, and chocolate of a real tiramisu, except this one takes three minutes and counts as breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar ChiChi
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 shot espresso or equivalent amount brewed coffee
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar ChiChi, milk, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix well and microwave for 60 seconds. Remove, stir, and microwave again for 60 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and stir in the fresh brewed coffee.
- Spread a thick layer of yogurt on top and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
