Savory Tuna Belly Crepe
A high protein and grain-free savory crepe filled with the highest quality tuna belly from Spain and topped with crème fraîche and chopped chives.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Original ChiChi
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare your crepe: Blend all of your ingredients together and cook in a greased pan on medium-low heat, spreading the batter thinly and evenly across the pan.
- Fill your crepe: Once cooked, fill your crepe with the tuna belly, chopped chives, and crème fraîche. Optionally top with a drizzle of olive oil straight from the tin and some flaky sea salt.
Toppings/Fillings
- 1 tin Siesta Tuna Belly in Yuzu Kosho
- Chopped chives
- Dollop of crème fraîche or sour cream
