Matcha Chia ChiChi

Matcha Chia ChiChi

Creamy, energizing, and full of good-for-you ingredients — this matcha chia ChiChi is the perfect balance of cozy and refreshing. It’s lightly sweet, packed with protein and fiber, and a fun twist on your usual morning matcha.

🥣 Ingredients

  • ½ cup Maple ChiChi

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk you like)

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 2 tbsp hot water

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Optional toppings: microwaved frozen berries, drizzle of maple syrup, or shredded coconut

👩 Instructions

  1. Prepare the matcha mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy. This helps it blend evenly later (no clumps!).

  2. Cook the ChiChi.
In a small pot over medium heat, combine the coconut milk and Maple ChiChi. Wait until the mixture is bubbling, then stir continuously for 4-6 minutes until thick and creamy.

  3. Add the matcha and chia.
Once the mixture starts to thicken, stir in the matcha mixture and chia seeds. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, letting the chia seeds start to absorb liquid.

  4. Serve and top.
Pour into a bowl, then top with microwaved frozen berries for a sweet, tart contrast. Add a drizzle of maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.

💚 Notes

The coconut milk gives this an extra-rich texture, but any milk works great — almond, oat, or dairy. The chia seeds add extra fiber and a subtle crunch that pairs perfectly with the creamy matcha base.
