Biscoff Cookie Baked Oats

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup ChiChi
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- ¼ cup protein powder (vanilla works great)
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Biscoff butter (divided)
- Crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine ChiChi, banana, egg, milk, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Grease a ramekin or small oven-safe dish and pour the batter into it.
- Warm up 1 tbsp of Biscoff butter, place it in the center of the batter, and use a toothpick to gently swirl it through.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the oats are set and slightly golden on top.
- While it bakes, warm up the remaining 1 tbsp of Biscoff butter.
- Once baked, drizzle the melted Biscoff butter over the top and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies for extra crunch.
